The foundation for this project was laid in 2018. This is the result of a long, often challenging process. Many attempts, doubts, pauses, and necessary new beginnings. The work persisted in thought, long before it took its final shape. Through the years, I spent a lot of time mastering the material, learning through trial and error. Returning to the process again and again. The objects presented here are the direct result of that dedicated journey.
Every vase is made by hand. Slipcasted, dried, fired, and painted. Each step demanding time and attention. They intentionally sit in the nuanced space between sculpture and functional vessel, offering a dialog between repetition and unique variation. My approach bridges traditional ceramic techniques with modern digital methods of shaping and production, transforming a precise digital model into a soulful, tactile object.
