All shipments are sent with tracking. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notification.
The customer bears the return shipping costs.
Custom or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The Seller is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Minor deviations in appearance or small irregularities that arise during manual production are not considered defects.
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, provided the customer is a merchant or resides outside the EU.

Each item is individually packed to ensure safe delivery.

All orders are shipped with a reliable courier service and include tracking information.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Because each piece is handmade, customized or made-to-order works are excluded from return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact contact@ttmeyering.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. The Seller will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
In case of a lost shipment, please reach out as soon as possible. A claim will be filed with the carrier, and you will be informed of the outcome.
